Not just a lawyer —someone who'll be by your side
Sensitive, professional guidance through divorce, parental responsibility, child support and division of property — with clarity, confidence and transparency at every step.
Human guidance
in a difficult time.
Even in the middle of uncertainty, this process can be handled differently.
Who I am
I am Neomi Bel Gonen, a family law attorney. I guide individuals and families through what are usually the most complex, sensitive and unsettling periods of their lives — in the belief that even in the middle of uncertainty, the process can be handled differently.
What I bring
One of the things that matters most to me is that people understand their rights from the very start. It is usually the lack of knowledge that makes this period harder than it needs to be. Once you can see the full picture, you make decisions from a place of confidence rather than fear.
A safe place
It matters to me that everyone who comes to me feels they have room to ask, to hesitate, to unload and to understand — and that they receive professional guidance alongside genuine, attentive and respectful treatment.
My approach
I do not believe every process has to be a battle. There is a way to do this calmly, sensitively and precisely — especially when children and family are part of the picture.
Family law
Legal guidance in the most sensitive and complex areas — tailored to your particular story, to find the solution that is right for you.
Divorce
Professional, sensitive guidance through divorce proceedings — from the first conversation to the close of the case.
Parental responsibility
Establishing parenting time arrangements, parental responsibility and protecting the relationship with the children.
Child and spousal support
Setting child and spousal support fairly, proportionately and sustainably.
Division of property
Balancing of resources, division of assets, the family home and pension rights.
Family agreements
Prenuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, divorce agreements and parenting agreements.
Other matters
Representation in further family law proceedings — tailored to each individual story.
Why choose to work with me
My aim is not only to represent you legally, but to help you get through this period with more order, more understanding and a genuine sense of support the whole way through.
A human approach
A safe place to ask, to hesitate and to unload — alongside professional, attentive and respectful guidance.
Understanding from the start
I make sure you understand your rights and your options — so you can decide from a place of confidence.
A measured approach
Not every process has to be a battle. It can be done calmly and precisely.
Keeping children at the centre
When children and family are involved, the situation calls for particular sensitivity and a long-term view.
Want to talk? I'm here.
The first step is a conversation. No commitment, no pressure — simply a chance to understand the picture.
Clients speak
Not reviews, not advertising — messages that reached me at the end of the process.
Hi Neomi, I wanted to thank you for everything 🙏 I came to you completely lost and had no idea how to deal with this whole situation, and you really helped me make sense of it and calm down. That is not something I take for granted at all
Good morning Neomi, I just wanted to say thank you. I did not think it was possible to get through this without a war, and in the end, thanks to you, we managed to reach an agreement calmly. I really appreciate it 🙏
Neomi, listen, thank you so, so much 🙏 The most important thing for me was not to damage the relationship with the children, and you helped me reach an arrangement that feels right and fair. That is worth everything to me 🙏

Frequently asked questions
I have gathered here the answers to the questions I hear most often. Did not find your answer? I would be glad to hear from you.
An initial introductory call by phone or WhatsApp is free of charge. An in-depth consultation at the office carries a nominal fee, and during it you will receive a full overview of the rights and options available to you.
There is no single answer — it depends on the complexity of the case, the level of agreement between the parties and the specific issues involved (children, property, support). An uncontested process can conclude within a few months, while a complex one can take considerably longer. During our first conversation I can give you a realistic estimate.
Not necessarily. In most cases I aim to reach a settlement outside the courtroom — through mediation, negotiation or a divorce agreement. Only when there is no alternative do we turn to full litigation.
Support is determined according to the children's needs, the parents' financial capacity, the division of parenting time and current Supreme Court case law. Every case is examined on its own merits, and I will help you understand exactly what the implications are in your situation.
A prenuptial agreement sets out in advance how property will be divided between partners — before or during the marriage. It suits couples with prior assets, children from a previous relationship, or simply anyone who prefers certainty. The agreement protects both parties and prevents future disputes.
Yes. Every enquiry, conversation and meeting is subject to attorney–client privilege, which is anchored in law. You can feel comfortable sharing anything relevant — with no concern that the information will go any further.
